1^st warning Verbal Green - Great Day!

2^nd warning Yellow - Time out/10 minutes Recess

3^rd warning Red - No Recess or Sticker for the day

4^th warning Short form sent home to be signed by parent

Three short forms or letters home will result in a long form to the office.

Rewards:If your child’s name is not moved to red, at the end of the day they will receive a sticker on their behavior chart. When they have collected 10 days worth of stickers, they will be allowed to pick something from the treasure chest. Please return your child’s folder each day so that you can monitor their behavior.
